Joining the Stockwood Community Benefit Society Ltd to become a member requires investing in shares. Each share costs £1.00
Each member has one vote, regardless of the number of shares they own. Organisations can join as members.
Shares are issued three times per year, so applications received by the end of January, May and September will be created by the end of the next month.
UNDER 16 If purchasing shares for someone under 16 years of age then the certificate will be named "[adult name] on behalf of [child name]". The named child may apply for the certificate to be re-issued in their own name once they have reached the age of 16.
GIFTS If purchasing shares as a gift then the giver's name will not appear on the Certificate, but will be held on file. If the gift is for a child (see above), then the giver may wish to appear as the named adult.
UNDERTAKING I am at least 16 years old. I agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions included in the prospectus and the Rules of Stockwood Community Benefit Society Ltd when I sign this application form.
