Finance now in place – purchase in progress – shares still available

Stockwood Community Benefit Society has been founded to protect Rush Farm and its Stockwood Business Park – for ever. By owning the whole estate – farm and business park together – the Society is able to deliver its environmental and social objectives. We invite you to join the Society by investing in shares that will pay you a 5% return and which you can withdraw at any time (terms and conditions apply).

Co-operatives UK, supported by The Cabinet Office have produced a helpful guide to investing in community shares which is available here.

People invest for different reasons, and you can read their investment stories here.
